Larry grew up in Central rural Kansas in the fifties. He was always interested in science and computer graphic visualization, completing his Phd in Solid State Physics. After designing wargames and simulations for battle visualizations with the US Army for over 15 years, he moved to the Health Care market for Boston Scientific.

Larry’s main goal with his artwork is to share the beauty of Kansas and landscapes with others. Most of his pictures occur off road from the interstate highways, near rivers, hills and valleys of the Kansas Prairie. Most travelers never see these stunning landscapes as the highways run in between most of the really scenic landscapes.

Larry captures these fantastic photos mainly as a hobby but he has also worked on several commercial projects. He specifically uses a digital camera with HDR and panoramic settings to capture large images suitable for wall murals and gallery-wrapped canvases. With a life motto of “Just Do It”, Larry hopes these scenic photos inspire others and bring walls to life.

Kevin is a Native Texan with over twenty years as a freelance illustrator, event caricature artist and cartoon map creator, with a leaning towards fun art. He is currently working on a large mural for a Cedar Park School with Noah’s Ark Animals. This will be done by painting the background and then using LTLprints decals for the smaller, more detailed critters.

“I like the speed of Prismacolor Art Stix, the flexibility and spontaneity of acrylics and the new horizons of the digital medium,” stated Kevin. “Life is not black and white, it’s FULL COLOR and I draw my inspiration from everywhere!”

Kevin has made his art available through his LTLprints catalog but also puts his artwork on greeting cards, prints and t-shirts. One of his favorite pieces of artwork is the movie Fatasia 2000, as it combines fine art, fun art and high entertainment.

Bob grew up in Wilmington, Delaware, home to a long history of well-known illustrators.  When he was four years old, he first saw Zallinger’s great mural, “The Age of Reptiles” in the Peabody Museum. From this point onward, Bob knew he wanted to be a dinosaur artist. He studied art at the Pennsylvania Acadmy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia, studied science at the University of Pennsylvania and has been a professional dinosaur life restoration artist for more than twenty years.

Bob’s inspiration is always found in the areas where art and science meet. These days, especially in the increasing number of new paleontological discoveries that are made. Some of his favorite art to create is highly detailed drawings in pen and ink, but Bob doesn’t get much of a chance to do that. “I am also very fond of working in the digital media, giving me the opportunity to collaborate with my partner Tess Kissinger on the same paintings,” said Bob.

His all-time favorite works of art include the Sistine Chapel Ceiling, along with any paintings by Vermeer and Caravaggio. Bob also admires da Vinci because of his pioneering work in the interface between art and science. Bob’s favorite personal work of art is his Cretaceous Mural in the Carnegie Museum of NH.

Gia was born in Italy, but raised in New York since the age of 3. She now represents Regal Rebel Designs, a full-service illustration agency aimed at bringing projects to life with stunning visual details. Gia primarily draws her inspiration from the universe, music and other surrounding art.

One of Gia’s current goals is to see her artwork bring people together, aspiring to bring some peace and love to the world, so there will no longer be a shortage. This further emphasizes her life motto of finding passion and following it. Gia’s favorite medium to create art is in the digital realm including collages.

Gia uses stars in many of her designs because for her the star means light, direction, guidance and uplifting insight into creating art. Steve’s background comes from informational graphics and page design, leaning more towards the journalism side of things. With no formal art training, Steve started creating some art while working for various newspapers. He also has experience creating marketing and advertising art for various companies, from label expo organizers to architecture firms. While most of his art creations occur on the computer, he occasionally strays to canvas.

Steve’s inspiration comes from numerous places and artists, both past and present. A great deal of his art is inspired by vintage travel, propaganda and product art from the early 20th century and from the pulp art of the mid 20th century. You can see the inspiration take hold in some of his great pieces of art from his “Arcade Propaganda” line. Our favorite is the poster with the Frogger influence. Who doesn’t want to travel the solar system or join the fight against the villains of 1980′s arcade games?
